... our Project Manager directly interact with me not with my reporting HR Manager.Salary increment very low it means employees will not receive any increase in salary it is adjusted in different heads Due to which most of the employees leave the firm

Relax work environment with no burden of Targets. Teammates are kind and supporting and seniors are understanding.

Dislikes

Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us. About the learning of work both practically and theoretically I got many things to learn daily.

Career growth is good, but salary is low.

...ors are very supportive, transparent management, good experience for learning. Company policies are good, Salary quite good Overall things about company are good.

Company bond of 5 year before which you cannot resign.

Good working area and culture teammates are very skilled and energetic. Giving good opportunities to make some innovative.company polices are quite good .

There is alot of issues about salary pay and hiking every year. HR management doesn't address issues.there is a bond for 5 years.some politics in middle management.
