Nothing to like here, everything is micromanaged. Management will not appriciate your efforts and good job but will try to nab you on small failures, too much of politics

No work life balance, no pay parity, annual increment sucks as timelines are not defined, working hours not defined, top most management is okay but middle management sucks.

All woekers work through contractor, all not getting proper salary scale which declared by govt. Helper getting 6000 to 8000 rs. In a month. Not stable career in this organization.

... that company.Also you are not fixed at one department that changes as required.Company doesn't give any proof (offer letter,joining letter and salary slip) that you work there.Salary give in hand as cash.In 10.5 hour duty there is no breakfast or even a cup of tea.Some times you have to work there for 24 hours continuously.

1) No Professionalism. 2) You will be treated like a bonded Labour. 3) No annual leave policy at all. 4) No benefits - No PF, No Medical etc. 5) Office timings : On paper, it is 10 AM to 6:30 PM but the office leaving time is fugazi. You will never get the opportunity to leave at that time. You will always be assigned some work in the last minute. That is not all, even after this you will have to work at home also after office timings. Your senoirs can call you at any hour of the night. "LABOUR LAWS KI COMPLETELY MAA - BAHAN KAR RAKHI HAI". Secondly, In the International Team, the HOD and his chamcha they both are good for nothing and a very funny game play is going on - On one hand the Management is hiring to boost the International Team so that International Business can grow, on the other hand HOD knows very well that he is completely incompetent in bringing new business so HOD and his Chamcha will start mentally harassing you (newly hired) and very slowly they will push you to that extent that either you will resign your self and go or they will start portraying you incompetent and management will throw you out, because they both need a scapegoat every 3-4 months after to sacrifice and divert the attention of Management. In this way they keep the team under staffed so that Management will not ask too much questions. These two buggers are only buying their time in the Company nothing else.
