No promotion, no work culture, no work life balance, no etiquette, no job security, no job satisfaction, didn't provide offer letter or appointment letter or payslip, very low salary, no work ethics, use abusive language all the time, mainly for Kolkata branch they treat the employees over here like slave. Politics everywhere, don't know how to behave

Company is culture is poor , Workload is hectic to any position, no incentive found after promises, PF deduction problem occurs, Mentally illness can cause while working here, No appreciation of any type of hard work ( lala company it is), etc just hope one stuck in this company in future as they can demoralise your skills and talent and Destro your confidence.

Some people in staff and,housekeeping,guards,and cafeteria staff is much better then professional working staff

Terrible company,wrost experience,no learning experience ,some people in seniors play politics with employees ,hr did not give offer letter, no professionalism,they eat employees salary if mistake has been done by company no procedure of recruitment ,on the name of recruitment they Harris the employees ,I ll suggest the people not to join this company , director uses abusing language and bad behaviour to the staff.

Disaster company i will suggest people not to join this company. Lot of politics and bad behaviour of the management specially the director of the company. No learning experience, bad language are used to harass employees. Terrible work culture. In total waste of time and efforts.

I was learned lot of things and improve my skills and good working environment and staff was co operative and work life was so good. No tension
