...mifs, there's not any proper work culture and management is also not supporting. After doing targets they don't provide salary not only that they believe in oiling culture with management. They only support some of employees who are close to Bosse's. They even don't follow any corporate rules or company rules. Even top management talk to their employees in unprofessional way and using slang languages and talk to employees that the employee is smuggler, drunker these kind of abusing words they(top most senior) use. Some people don't do their target come office late but they are performer for the company and for so called boss but if any one other than their favourite employee come late then they hold the salary of that employee. After resignation they hide client's valuable documents in unethical way. So I'll suggest not to join this company.

Professional Company if u done yur Target 🎯 then yur salary credited. It's hugely depends on senior management No HR concept in this company.

No HR concept in this company. All power on Branch manager and Area Manager, Regional manager HR is power less , All three Regional manager & Branch manager decides how much salary credited on employees account how much cut salary if any month not achieved target, even most of the time salary will hold.. Work culture like u runs the frenchise not working as employee, the worst Branch manager I have seen here Gupta ji 2019. And forget name Regional manager some Bengali he is. If u choose yur career be aware. If u achieve Target u must take frenchise is better then working in smifs.

...ment is worst, working as an employee but there is no office located in my area. Every month I have to fight for my salary it's been 2 months I have joined every time it's the same.

As in the offer letter it is not mentioned that if business is not done then salary would be hold. But now at the month end. One of the manager he says your salary would be on hold this time. Also there is lack of support from the other department due to which I failed to complete my target. As I'm not provided with any system which would allow me to check customer's service.
