...rs old now, I have work with this company from 1st March 1999 still August 2024. My family was depending on my salary. It is very hard to say this is very horrible time to manage my family. My job is remaining another two years but new management from AECom who are joined in SMEC they are really not good people. They are harassment to me and turcher also.

Dislikes

Because of new management who those people finish my job before retirement. There's no complaint against me and my work. They didn't gave time to terminate. Immediate termination letter to handed over to me . They are very bad people including Abinash Mishra, Sushant sehre , Ashok Kumar and another more people. They don't work anything, only politics.not good people.

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive . Huge cafeteria company policies are good and salary hike is average

Polite and non offensive language used in above options , salary % hike is less campared to other companies

There is a department and structure that is still evolving but that could be a strength in future. Nice office ambience

Dislikes

Very weak leadership at country level. Lack of vision and decision making. It wont think twice about firing talented people just to save few months of salary. No role for capability and skillset.
