Since I was placed at the top level, as a team leader, nearly a dozen consultants worked with us so all of them are so closely associated with each one's work and satisfactorily performed their duty throughout their period. Consequently, I also enjoyed the work satisfaction through the period. In short, I expect such a good opportunity in future in my life to sever like in the past with enhanced experience. Dr. K. Asked to travel on multiple sites without prior notification 8. Work against offer letter details & job description 9. Even junior employee has to chase client for payment 10. No proper management for site staffs from head office

...rs old now, I have work with this company from 1st March 1999 still August 2024. My family was depending on my salary. It is very hard to say this is very horrible time to manage my family. My job is remaining another two years but new management from AECom who are joined in SMEC they are really not good people. They are harassment to me and turcher also.

Because of new management who those people finish my job before retirement. There's no complaint against me and my work. They didn't gave time to terminate. Immediate termination letter to handed over to me . They are very bad people including Abinash Mishra, Sushant sehre , Ashok Kumar and another more people. They don't work anything, only politics.not good people.

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive . Huge cafeteria company policies are good and salary hike is average
