working hours is too much high...Always stand at site ..only 1 to 1.5 hours you can sit in office..doesnt matter whats the temperature of outside

1. Force to work overtime. 2. SMCC gives preference to South Indian employees in promotion. 3. No work life balance because have to work more than 16 hrs/ day. 4. Non technical are Project manager, PEB Head.

First of all Policy : - No Hiring No Firing Opportunity : -Ample opportunity to given the employee for showing their skills Appreciation : -Innovative idea's at work place appreciated here

Career Growth is little slow because of big/ International company, Salary hikes are also little low as compare to GDP

If you work on site you have many opportunity to skill development. But if you work in head office you have limited opportunity to learn new thinks But in HO very less career growth option.

This company give many facility by face like free transport...etc. Increase more salary and designation friends & relative. Before some time no standared CAD Drafting system.
