No Job Security Before Completing Probation They Will Seperate One Employee Stating Productivity Issue For The Sake Of GMC and GPA Coverage Post Probation And Notice Period 60 Days No On Job Training No Clarity On Months Target No KPI No Incentive For Sales People No Contest, RNR For Agents and Intermediary

...ve my 7 precious year but no recognition at all. Even director does't know me. Company not providing better salary. Seniors are cheap minded. They can't see u grow within or outside the organisation. Well, i left from here and much more satisfied where i am right now.
