Poor Top Japanese Management having no idea about the ground reality. Everything is decided by the Japanese & the Indian Counterparts have no authority at all. Despite a great Parent Brand backing the Company fails because of bad decision making . Their is absolute no job security here please do your research before joining here. Remember- ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD !!!

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slower

Japanese MNC but internally Lala so there is job security. Hence, the only reason to join the Company.

...ments for the same. No benchmark for appraisal. one is getting 2% and other 60%.No bonus just 4000 on Diwali. No work is defined. you may have to work in the department which you are not hired for. No first aid as they think employees will take the medecines with them. no training is given at the time of joining.. not even informed about how the tasks are performed. you have to submit a doctor's certificate for a single sick leave too.

Like the HR policies and specially the HR team. Very supportive.

Dislikes

Micro management and manager expects you to be working on Saturdays and Sundays. Claims of Travel within city will be claimed by manager if you are using your own convenience for the same visit with him.

It is like a government company where everyone works without any pressure. Company want all employees to work withing office hours. It is a cash rich company and job is quite secured as it do not fire any personnel easily.

Dislikes

It is resistant to changes or new ideas. Do not pass responsibility . People work in their cocoon or in shell and are afraid of taking risks. No team outing, no work from home, no training, KPI not shared with team through out the year. Appraisal is maximum 12%.
