...o find ways'. ' one should be self learner, responsible and self motivated.' ' People should understand, when you work company earns and from that it gives you back some portion as salary :). So if you want good salary then you have to do good work as well' I must say 'Great Place to Work :) '. Here, I can easily manager your work and family life.

Well, apologies but in last 11 years, personally i have not seen any major thing that i dislike. But yes some amenities that company can add like provide a rest room, so people who works late or sick can take some rest. But i think all these are secondary.

Initial salary is good.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Absolutely hate the company, too much work pressure. There is no canteen and the infrastructure is really bad. The managers are trash, there's too much of micro management. THE APPRAISALS ARE PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THERE'S WHYYY TOO MUCH OFFICE POLITICS.

Need to organize a lot. Since third party, no job security, as recently one of the business was closed and people were requested to move around or look out for external opportunities. Company in itself need to be more established, looks more off like a start up. High time stretching, as attrition rate is very high...

Work culture and work life balance is good. You get Indian Holidays also.

Dislikes

Good things comes at some cost. Salary is low as per market standards and increments are like they give it but you won't feel it in your account. Your team could be of more freshers then experienced and that's a task to manage coz for freshers as they haveto manage many things by themselves.
