Absolutely hate the company, too much work pressure. There is no canteen and the infrastructure is really bad. The managers are trash, there's too much of micro management. THE APPRAISALS ARE PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND THERE'S WHYYY TOO MUCH OFFICE POLITICS.

Good salary for freshers. Great people to work with. Direct communication possible with higher management. Well structured system to be followed while working. Hybrid work model promotes work life balance. Nice place to grow in career.

Dislikes

Those joins after you gets more salary even tho they are too freshers. You will have to wait for appraisal till December. There is some work pressure. No bonuses No Overtime provided

...pany has a huge client base. Management policies are good. Work culture is good. Compensation structure is also good.

Too much of work loads will be there especially during month ends. Bad cafeteria. Hike percentages are less.

So if you want good salary then you have to do good work as well' I must say 'Great Place to Work :) '. Here, I can easily manager your work and family life.

Well, apologies but in last 11 years, personally i have not seen any major thing that i dislike. But yes some amenities that company can add like provide a rest room, so people who works late or sick can take some rest. But i think all these are secondary.

Need to organize a lot. Since third party, no job security, as recently one of the business was closed and people were requested to move around or look out for external opportunities. Company in itself need to be more established, looks more off like a start up. High time stretching, as attrition rate is very high...
