You are there in company as long as u hold bucket to ur bloody mgr. Hr is waste n a liar

1)Company doesn't respect , working and loyal employees. 2)Doesn't give any var pay, bonus etc 3)Targets u illegally citing fake performance reasons,when mgmt decides to fire employees with unfair practices and no ethics and compliance they follow. Egoistic managers have zero knowledge n 200% eego, they made work culture as toxic with their dominating attitude. 4)Very unfair and unprofessional attitude of mgrs. 5)Join here if you want to put ur career at stake and in hands of such unprofessional ppl. 6)Hire n fire is normal once their work is done. 7)No job security
