It is not a 9 hour job rather 12 hour job. You are paid for 9 hours but work for 12 hours. You will always be busy from 9 am till 9 pm atleast. No free days at all. Terrible work life balance. Your work won't be visible, leads usually take the credit of work. Old Code is not maintained at all. There is no documentation nor code comments. No flexibility , no work from home , time tracking of employees. Don't get fooled by covid-19 period. Only 7 public holidays in a year. Take leave and you have done a crime.

This company provides good environment to employee for fresher and experience both also work on new innovative ideas.

Nothing is here for dislike whenever someone will work they love and feel the culture if this.

The company is very employee centric and gives ample opportunities to grow. The management is motivating and pays well.

Dislikes

The company being in nascent stage many times I felt the rules and processes are not well defined. Be it in terms of application development or day to day processing.
