This helps in developing proper career path and encourages the culture of coaching and mentoring. Focus is to execute every project on time, ensuring quality in all aspects throughout the project. Provides excellent on the job technical training and planned soft skills training for freshers as well (GETs/PGETs) and Smart Enovations is known to be one of the best places to give your career a strong foundation. Management in the company is approachable and although the hierarchy is clear, there is no differentiation and the Senior management can be easily approached. Working here I have improved my communication skills, Team work, Process improvement strategies and effective work/people management.

Good Place to work very supportive and helping. Friendly environment for professional and working culture is very good. Management is very friendly. There are lot of opportunity for GET's and Juniors to learn and make perfect.

No job security and not worth for experienced people's more over HR management is toooooo worse don't like to work there. Best suggestions for employees to search other than smart enovations

HR management, manager ,and leaders they all money minded only they think of billing won't understand employees problems ,worst experience in smart enovations it's not good place for experienced and fresher's all are suffering here

If it has to be described in one line for freshers: Bonded labourers for two-three years. They will send you to client company to work there with fixed hike per year. No career growth.
