Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the manegement is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is for the common citizen so I'd say it's good to be a part of something that gives meaning to your job as well.

Dislikes

People won't let you work, but I guess it's not a company culture but common among the masses, we mostly don't act wisely.

I really enjoyed with working with smart City you will get hands with training and support everyone is a team player and help each other out

Dislikes

Anyone can work with smart City but required lot of research work and preparation without it it is difficult to work with Smart City required
