... complete our work on time. We are being asked as to why were we on a break etc. Also they apply sandwich policy for taking leaves and cut your salary for even one day of leave taken

Strict timing if you are 1min late also hr will dial 10 calls and knock at you.. Horrible leave policy.. Monday to Saturday full working.. If you take leave there is lop in 6months after 6month yearly 9 leave only They use screen monitoring and every 15min HR will check it ..If your screen is ideal then it is LOP.. When I was there a trainee had some health issue and was on leave for 3days, which it was a LOP for that trainee there is not even a sick leave with them.. For clients they are good but with employees is nothing.. For better side please don't go for interview it's waste of time and also you'll get depressed when you join this job.. Lunch time is 30mins.. Even if you come late they'll shout at you... Remember about the screen timing if you're ideal then LOP.. Everything is LOP there ... Please don't join

Only the person who have licking capacity can survive. They will speak about professionalism but their is no professionalism at all. They love to gossip about people rather than working. They do not even give a second thought to given an opportunity of being heard before laying, may be they don’t even about it. Do not spoil your carrer by joining this company. Search for better options out there. I have joined this company, I thought I will grow more, after years I thought I got what I deserve but it ruined my career. I was in trauma after that, depressed for months. NO HUMANITY, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO JOB SECURITY. It will hurt you mentally and physically.
