New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...w your Self Because of Company is in NCLT. you will face each day a new problem. Smaaash is like BIGG BOSS KA GHAR They have not payed my 1 year PF to My epfo account. When i asked HR to my PF amount they told me Company is in NCLT we can't pay your PF amount. If you get a chance to work with smaaash always be a straight forward with them.

...u r jobless & sitting at home. Pls dnt fall prey to there hikes nd high salary. The company don't pay there vendors, no budgets to spend as small as what's app blast cannot be done.

Due to over load of work got lots of new things to learn.

Dislikes

No appreciation for honest working, No time limit for working hours. Many time work for more than 36 hours but still no compensation. No leave encashment and etc.
