There is a lot of politics and the management if poor. While salary discussions before joining they are ok with our discussions and after joining there is lots of changes occurs and career growth is slow. There is no free transport or transport allowance as well as no soft skill training.

I’m happy with the management and there is a lot of scope to learn many things over here. Company policies were bit strict as it’s a service based company and you have to work on the field sometimes based on client requirement, you can not take work from home option, sudden leave etc..

Dislikes

I would recommend management has to concentrate on offering employee growth classes or funds to do certification like PMP etc.. Also make sure to drive all employees towards vision. Sometimes I felt entire team is not in the same page.
