...though if you're an experience candidate and skill full. No Job security at all. They will ask us to work on weekend too, without any pay.

Well it was good experience, Job Security is good and team leader support is good,it’s a good company for the freshers, I learn many things at SLK. There are various growth opportunities are there....... Really am missing slk......😊

...y first job in my life, so I'm like to say that it was better experience for me. As compared to others company in Kolhapur the salary of employees has to be on time is the greatest thing to everyone. Then there work culture is good & I personally like their management. They maintain cleanliness, good climate, and Security to each & everyone. Either it's male or female.

No there was no dislike about the company but the my issue with the night shift that's why I left that's it.
