...y first job in my life, so I'm like to say that it was better experience for me. As compared to others company in Kolhapur the salary of employees has to be on time is the greatest thing to everyone. Then there work culture is good & I personally like their management. They maintain cleanliness, good climate, and Security to each & everyone. Either it's male or female.

No there was no dislike about the company but the my issue with the night shift that's why I left that's it.

Here they will give best working environment but less salary.eveyntime salary issues.and trasport side some time facing some issues other wise over all good...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

4 people can go in the lift, they have put a toothstick in the lift so that the button does not touch by the hands. They kept santize everywhere in the office . Only one person can sit for a dinner at chair and table.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not giving chance to show our performance .

...though if you're an experience candidate and skill full. No Job security at all. They will ask us to work on weekend too, without any pay.
