Dislikes

Late working hours as too much dependency on US team. There are mostly Indians in US office and they are very arrogant and won't care about work-life balance. Tipical Indian mentality.

Likes

First they announced that as business had suffered there will be no hikes and thing will be relooked after 2 months. 2 months later got a call that service has been terminated with effective immediately. Working hard for more that 4-5 years and to be treated this way explains a lot about organisations culture.

Dislikes

When in the need of crisis, they chose to part away with employees without giving prior intimation. Woke of on monday morning to get a meeting invite where we were told our services are no longer required.

Likes

Worst company to work. Especially in banglore location it's too baad. In DWH operations team it's very very bad.. no learning no work-life balance. No recognition only groupism and favouritism. Very very worst management. India it head need to learn a lot many things.

Dislikes

I didn't like anything. When you join there you will get laptop.. only laptop nothing else other than laptop. Not even laptop bag. You can think how worst company it is.
