...ept not even by highest authorities of company. No training provided to fresher. Salary not on time. Need to beg for salary during Mar-Apr-May months. Not a good place of learning for freshers or interns. Working hours are extended everyday without getting over time for all departments. You have to work after official hours, or else you will get scolded by seniors & highest authorities. I've seen people spending there whole night working and sleeping in the office only, forcefully or else you will be asked to dismissed from the job.

Will consider it as one of the best company for the freshers to develop their skills . Work culture is decent , Activities such as Cricket on Monday , Carrom , Fun - Friday etc are performed . All the seniors are very helpful and work their best to do every possible operations in a very short time .

Dislikes

Till now , I do not have any disliking towards the company but will keep you all updated for sure .

Nothing is positive, worst Organization ever worked for. Does not have any process to follow. Everything is decided by MD who himself smokes the whole day in Office

They simply fired the employee who refured to stay back the whole night. Pathetic work culture
