Our hod Dr Neelam Nijhara is very senior and experienced lady and Taught me so many things she is very cooperative and caring always thinks about staff first and environment of department is happy and healthy as well happy to work here

Nothing but I want to change job because of salary growth

Inclusive culture of S.L.Raheja hospital is very heart warming specially the quality department in which i was working, i was acknowledged for my contribution...Mentors of mine were amazing especially Sanam mam she is quality assistant manager there and also mubina mam(quality manager/head) she gave me an opportunity to work on discharge process.

Dislikes

Mismanagement in conveying things from management to clinical staff such as nurses

It's a great place to work, great people, very supportive and encouraging HOD,s.

Dislikes

All departmental head's are extra polite with the staffs in learning period. The new joined staffs base should be strong enough which will help them find better future. Not mean to punish or something but be strict where it requires.

I like the employee re- hire policy here. Also job is secured and Organization is very keen to achieve accreditation and certifications.

Dislikes

Different policies and facilities for Fortis staff and Raheja Staff makes bad environment to work. Also growth is slow.
