Join Skyzone only for salary hike, for 4-6 months.

Dislikes

1. Seniors behaviour are bad including manager and assistant manager. 2. No any communication between top management that's why junior always face issues. 3. Totally site job if you are working in ( Maintenance, Installation, Quality, Sales, PLC Programming) 4. Lot of traveling, even you have to travel 2-3 sites a day and travel allowance is fixed (2k-4k) 5. Skill development is 0 in Skyzone. 6. If you get late at site, then senior used to tell you always about half-day deduction. 7. I have join in Dec - 2024 since I joined almost 20 employees resigned including Higher to lower post.(Please do a deep research before joining)
