Delay salay four to five months Make wrong comitment to staff by HR and project head.

During interview time Technical person and Project Head and HR team talk wrong comitment with new staff regarding salary and other expenses and site fooding expenses all thinks provide at site . They discuss with new joining staff if you face any problem at site you can call direct to me every one say but after join the new staff start to face small isue and its make bigger day by day . Not one can listen to staff problem salary delay 4to 5months . They not give full and finall no dues and balance salary.Hundreds of staff and contractor trouble. Skyward also part of ERA Infra Engineering pvt ltd. It chief Director Hem Singh Bhadana(HS bhadana)

1) Make rule and new policy day by day.

1) Salary delay more than 4months 2) Personal Expences dues not clear every senior show their Seniorty. 3)Day by day make rules for site staff and working time 8am to 8pm daily , and sunday also working. No extra payment against sunday working.

2nd and 4th Saturday company provide refreshments.

We are not getting salary timely. Leave issue, salary deduction. Seniors mismanaged office time. Very bad work environment Work pressure is very high and no learning.

Everything....no Job Security, No Work Culture, They are not paying Salaries to employees....no full and final....no one is supporting from management side....carrier spoiled after joining this company.....Pls don't belive on their fake....words.....worst company for Work....ever.....
