a little brief I wanted to share that happened with me. So I joined on 21st Feb as a ticketing agent with the ctc 45k, where as my last employer CTC was 86k as shared to hr during hiring. I had an offered CTC of 65k during joining, but the team convinced me to join at 45k and told that they will have this corrected and have a hike after a month to 55k. I agreed to the terms and joined. Now in the first week the team asked me to observe existing ticketing agent and told that Clementia will connect to me for training later, but she was too busy I guess and wasn't able to connect but yeah we had a word in extension that she will do the training once available. Later after 10 days on 4th March she connected and show me how it works here and told me that she will give me a month to learn the process. Well it was new to me so I gave my 💯 to learn and start doing ticketing, there were missed, mistakes on which I needed to improve on. So i started working on it and decided to go slow and recheck whatever I am doing. However they were not ready for it and wanted to go faster which is again and invitation to misses and mistakes. I tried to learn and grasp the process and worked till 12th March and later went on leaves for a week. I came back on 19th and started as regularly, again there was a file where I missed to collect the MCO. And issued ticket on the same day she removed me from ticketing and asked to observe and learn. Later on 21march it was asked to take calls of B2B AND B2C both which was not my expertise but I still managed and agreed to work on it and took calls, from 21st March to the month end I made 10 tickets with MCO of 1000 USD. They let me continue the work and I made a highest ticket sales of 27 tickets with MCO of 2700 USD,( this was the height among in ahmedabad branch) till here seems good and i continued and adjusted here as well and didn't asked for a hike as promised by them due to the gap. In the month of May I did 34 tickets with MCO 3000 WHICH IS AGAIN THE HEIGHT IN ahmedabad location. But here something went wrong. One day I got to know that they can't afford even now the 45k and was given an option to me that either I accept the offer of 38k or leave the office. They compared my 12 year experience with the senior agents which I don't found to be logical. This was discussed on May 27, at the same time I said NO and informed that please manage my salary slips and relieving letter so it can be available on my last working day. I got the new job on the next day and it had a joining date of 3rd June which was well informed to them in advance. However the management of skyroute were never managed to get this to me on time and I lost the offer. This is how illogically they treated me. The entire process was hiring and resigning is frustrating
