1. Easily we can enter into this Organization. 2. Having many Projects.

1. Field Engineer 2. Escalation 3. No on time Salary - Always delayed 4. Claims & reimbursement are delayed & holded for 2 months 5. This Organization always concentrate on their growth only, Zero growth for employee. 6.No proper time to take food. 7. Organization will say,if you work for a year you'll will be eligible to become an Onrole Wipro employee as they are having many projects from Wipro. 8. No leave given. 9. No proper schedule of calls in Lenovo project. 10. No proper training given on the application provided to use. 11. No company Mobile & No company sim for offical use, as you have to update everything on mobile - on time report.

Good place to work but no salary hikes... their idealogics are best but nothing useful Even in this pandemic situation we are worked in on field but no use... all we know that how expenses increasing for all but yet now no one voice out for their salary hike because of instructions of team management .....it's just a optional but ever never be your choice

...to work even on sunday and holiday to meet client dead line and WFH is a joke. dosen't pay you on pay cycle payment. payment is always delayed for atleast 2 months. . payment is not done in one go instead pays you in installments. Worst of all they blame client for not releasing the payment and delay it all the time. please be careful while joining.
