Good work invironment teammate are supportive and management is transparent . company policies are good appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.no increment in last 4 years.

Training held time by time at different states. Salary was about under 15k. Very good work environment. I had learned different technical skills and knowledge. It was great experience working with the company.

They do not have proper projects. Senior management is completely political. People having more than 5 years experience having 2.3 lpa which is far below than industry average. Fully recommending jib seekers to not join skymet.

I have to do work with Skymet 3 years and when covid-19 situations happen and after march lockdown they leave holl team hand and leave us in this oakwood situation after that I'm job less

When work load comes Miss behaviour with employees and also if you have no relative in company you can't get growth
