The only good thing for a pharma industry is you get to learn a lot which you haven’t learned from your college.

Dislikes

The salary structure is too low. Just don’t expect a respectable salary even when you have master degree like M pharm. You have to be patient enough when you start getting like 30k and that wait could differ between 3 to 6 years. I have seen here employees who have been working in this industry for 7 years and they have switched a lot still getting 30k. Where a software engineer getting initial package of around 4-5 lakh you will get 1-1.5 lpa

I think from my point of view there are lots of molecules are manufactured by skymap. And that is a good thing we will enhance our knowledge and skills throughout this.

There is lack of discipline and no one can understand their accountability and responsibility like a pharmaceuticals industry.

Familiar environment due to Sipra Mam Work culture is very good R.S.Sharma sir , O.N. Sir is very nice in nature We don’t feel any hesitation to talk to them about any technical discussion. They are very good for SKYMAP.

Nothing
