Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

The work culture at Skyline is great. The team is very collaborative and the overall environment is conducive to constant learning and upskilling. As a Visual Designer, I love that I get to work across mediums, from print, video creation to designing for social media. And I find it very interesting to explore and experiment within the defined brand language.

I have been working with Skyline since last July, started my career at Digital marketing here. I was completely new to the field and I got to learn a lot since I have joined. Here I am not confined to just one area , I get a chance to work and learn across a lot of areas. Be it writing copies, scripts, blogs, SEO, analytics etc. Our boss is understanding and supportive. The work life balance is good & the environment is flexible unlike a typical corporate culture.

The worst company ever ! They just so scam after you start working , 4-5 days they'll close your page nd tell you to deposit 4k to regenerate your account even if you have followed rules in proper manner ! Just don't go with this 🙏🏻
