- No proper HR/management yet even after 6 years. - No leader ship mangers in India, leader-less and aimless employees feeding politics, its a hell. - Highly manipulative CEO. - CTO is dead since there was and is none. - Forget your work life balance, you're a machine. - Zero focus on technology, more reliant on faking demos and political sales. - Company claims to be an AI company yet their basic fundamentals are not clear on where AI works where it doesn't. - You'll be randomly working on any 10 no. of projects with zero progress. - Company loves throwing innovative dreams to investors with fake demos .
