If anyone employee needs to resign their job means management doesn’t accept resignation letter easily.Then management tells you needs to survive 3 months of but actual notice period is 1 month only, I have noticed during the work hours. Then they will give new tasks to complete within the day. 5. Surely, I am not recommend anyone to join this Organization.

The top management is still having a pathetic culture of castism. Director has very less knowledge on other areas except sales, but his involvement in all other departments had mada the SOPs a trash. He need male staff to work till late nights in all days, whereas female staffs are provided with a facility of work from home on Saturdays and other extra benifits. Department heads are being working in this company for more than 10 to 20 years and hence, they have there on pets for whom all the benifits and appraisals are provided in a worst partial way. Will never recommend anyone this company. You will not learn anything.

Yes, Coin have two face. If you work hard you get more work not appreciation from management. And keep changing management protocol make as little disappointment.
