I work in Skylark foods..there was nothing professional about the company..I was manager in paper but with no team..they appoint every1 as manager. So i like nothing but I have very long story about my dislike

... margin is mismatch with our margin ( which we offer him) Simple no word him.. Beautiful girl are easily hired here with more salary, wether she is experienced or with zero knowledge. No proper system, no ethic kuch bhi sehi nai hai.. Important i am taking about foods division frozen foods

1.They do not provide salary on time, every month they have financial issue when salary time come. 2. Company's MD is retire army personnel, whose don't care about your skills and knowledge, he try to do anything from you even that work not in your scope at the time of joining. 3. They focus to hire retire army personnel and their relation person on higher position even they don't have sufficient experience/knowledge. 4. Here is no job security- your job tenure is depend on mood of company's MD, whenever his mood off, you will be fired from immediate effect. 5. They don't have any kind of system/platform so that employee can give his/her best. 6. They force to fill government tender from MIS executive who is expert in reporting.

Very bad experience with Skylark cables and cords pvt Ltd. Not a good place to work. Here employees are treated as a prisoner by the employer.

Salary timing not proper still salary is pending for March , April and May Month.

You have no surety about your job any time, no time for salary, no work life balance no additional facility by comapny and also no any system or rull for your work. But yeah you can learn my thing, you will be always in touch with group's MD and other directors. You can work with different different companies it will be improve your knowledge.

...no surety about your job any second, no additional benefits or any compensation by organisation, no time for salary, no work-life never knows you who is your reporting Boss need to report 7-8 people, can't follow any system for work

...store room and count the inventory and was forced to swipe store room as well. I never got salary on time, all time it was late more than15 to 20 days. I have seen employees crying there, HR was nice but nothing was in their hand to take any step.
