Alot of reasons for dislike as : Salary not credited timely. No job security,fired any time. Not have any SOP for reliving,hold your Reliving letter and FnF. Not have any SOPs for Ops. Cheap mentality peoples.

Salary ,work type,increment,madical All things horrible here . After 6 months I did not receive any medical policy.athor way I worked worst company in my whole careier..I request everyone don't join this Company.

Thankfully I decided not to join. The interview process was a waste of time , with 3 rounds , only to be put on 6-month probation while being expected to work 12 hrs a day.

Dislikes

Strongly Dislike. No professionalism in the company , after taking 3 round they just mention feedback was not good and force you to work on less compensation and tempting you by variable amount which they will never pay in future. They think only they are smart.These types of companies should get shut down.

They are lie very vell in every field this is drone logistics but they have not use 1 percent of drone also HR side all is false no medical policy, salary not on time

There is nothing to like about Skye Air, They have the worst company culture which can push employees to mental illness.

They are full of office politics. they even don't have manners to behave, no job security. they'll hold your FNF even after completion of all formality for months. only after the regular follow up they release your fnf in 4-5 months.
