I liked the process which was AMEDEUS, if somebody wants to work in airline company in future, the amedeus process would really help and it was interesting.

Dislikes

First of all, salary. They try to hire people at a low salary. At the time of interview, they say that their incentive structure is very good and high. When i was in training period, i was not really trained of what is really important. They only concentrate on your vocabulary. But when I got into the company, after training, I started taking calls, then I got to know that they are just making fool of the customer, telling them that we are actually calling from real airline (like american airline , delta etc etc). And eventually, customer stopped calling us. At last they had to close the company. And office hour is 10 hour. Company was not even providing a free meal. They were deducting money for cab and meal. Didn't like the HR.

There is no liking for these kind of guys. Who play with youth career, ruined the Indian reputation In global market.

Dislikes

They are not In the way to build ethical youth career or business. the similar guy who is reported 3-4 time on big banner, but still they are exist. If you guys do not believe please search "skybrowser mohit bansal" and "geeks mohit bansal" you got the best result In top searches. How these kind of guys changes face, try to ruined Indian reputation In Global business market place!

Its a part of Geeks Technical Support Dont trust them they loot customers and tgey spoiled lives of around 450 employees in one night as they got shut down. Save yourself and i am one if the victim of this Company
