The work time flexibility. Very friendly management. You get responsibilities at a very early stage. They have high profile clients which inturn gives a great work exposure.

They consider quality of work rather than quantity of work. Only bright minds can survive. Innovation and creativity is very important here.

team mates will be cooperative but we don't know the reason for leaving the job as they won't say particular reason.Job security is less.
