This is decent company for freshers specially who want to understand how general aviation works.

Dislikes

The management is not much supportive. Not giving appreasal to those who really work hard. Office Politics - Not all are doing but few people create the unusual issues.

I loved my tenure there. Mr. Sylvester, MD of the company, is man of vision, he invests good amount in keeping marketing team upgraded. Using updated sales and marketing tools like salesforce CRM. Though the team size is small but one thing I loved there is a belief system and work training, if you are coming up with some out of the box idea, they will support you in applying that. Overall it was a pleasure working with them.
