Nothing to like about it. Pathetic company and pathetic management. No employee management, they just take work from you and after few months the CEO/HR took the decision without giving you any information and ask to leave.

Dislikes

Everything is a big dislike for this company. Requesting all candidates to please don't join this organisation, you"ll regret your decision to join. Poorest culture among the same kind of organisations.

So many things 1. Worst leadership as none of them have freedom to take decision and every power lies with ceo. Most of the leaders don’t even have the background for the division they are heading and they all are doing a real bad job. 2. Company good for new comers and the one who are “Yes Sir/ Madam” category. As soon as you are 3-4 month old and don’t fall in Yes Sir/ Madam category, you will be treated like someone who contributes nothing and will be judged for your performance continuously. 3. Top Management including CEO shouts at Indian team in room full of peers and they will demean you upto a level that you get into either anxiety or in depressed mode. 4. The HR lady for core team is the worst, she falls in the category where she will ensure to make people who don’t fall in good books of managers to beg for their appraisals and performance bonus. She will question people for not coming to office but she herself is working 100% remote. 5. Appraisals has nothing to do with the performance but only with the word favouritism. Think before you join!

Extremely Poor Leadership. Roles are not defined, you are expected to perform every single task whether it falls in your purview or not. The organization refrain themselves from ethical practices. You will find people in the leadership having no clue on how to execute activities and delegating every single stuff. They don't commit to promises that they do at starting of job and you will find them deviating from the said things. There are no Employee benefits and engagement program and HR team itself is completely blank if asked any query. The end goal and objective of the complete organization is on the toss. Refrain yourself from joining to highly unstable organization.

Failed leadership, failed process and trainings, disorganised, often they keep changing the processes which creates a lot of issues in coordination, toxic work culture

Work Culture is very terrible, No management, They say flat hierarchy but that's fully flat here meaning of TL, Manager doesn't make sense Very immature environment
