This company dosen't belive in fair corporate culture, you will never get any opportunity to get any kind of training as well as if you learned something from out side no one care, Salary timing is not fixed most of time employees ask to accounts for salary. There is no respect of what you do and how you done your job but you must have to creat a layer of lie, management is never opend for employee they never listening to worker. First there is no Salary increase and promotion for years and is also depends on how much you close to management there is no growth if you only work hard you must have to buttering to your upper line. there is no job security they can kick you on same day and you have to chase for your full and final for motths. Top most management dosent have any vision and sympathy with employee they treats them as a shop worker Candidate who is thinking to join be very careful try to avoid

No Salary on time No fare increment & Promotion policy No respect for hard worker No training for devlopment No Sympathy with Employee Treatment of top management is very bad No Job security You can survive on you know how to flatter No timely salary No timely increment and promotion Only one man show You need to Know Odiya language because there is discrimination

Less manpower, high workload, no increament, salary date is not fixed, no work-life balance, mental harassment, salary is much low as compare to market.

Whoever joins here, they don't support the old employees. They only try to get them fired. The head person is also involved with them.i am working 4 yr.

"The head here doesn’t know anything. They will just humiliate you in front of the factory inspector and government employees and will fire you from the job.

HR policy is pathetic. HR will torchure you . And the core management who is actually running the plant can't talk anything infront of HR. The worst part us HR here. Apart from that it's good.

This place is good to start for a career in thermal power plant, you are free to learn any aspect of operations and maintenance, you would also get ample time to prepare for studies but you have to take initiative for self development.

Dislikes

Well first it is very baised company and you would be in dark for most of decision making authority, it a horrible place for operation and maintenance personnel as there no life here apart from work. There used to be a bus for to and fro for nearby town which is 30km from plant but that has been discontinued since November 2020 that for cost saving measures.
