Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

nothing to say.. overall bad experience

Dislikes

working diligently, without regard for time, i received no appreciation or even a notification to ease the workload. suddenly i was terminated from my position. because a new employee had joined, without any prior notice or acknowledgement of notice period. it was thoroughly unpleasant experience.

No respect for employees. Maximum 1 month after they will target and reduce the pay scale and indirectly torturing employees to give resignation.

It is not a company. They will interfere in employee personal. Company No address and Fraud Mind. Management is complete family itself. But they will act like they are managers. No offer letter
