Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It will work like APMC market where candidate seeking jobs are treated as agricultural commodities as their owner Girish said the same during meeting.never trust this company while joining they have zero benefits .u will loose ur confidence also

No standard of their own word, all administration/company is in hand of some people, they do whatever they want. No matter how legitimate you are they will not listen you. they will force you to do as their plan/Ego. its better to start your own business but dont go to this company they will say its veritas technologies official partner but in reality they are just a middleman between you and veritas technologies. my friend experience is sooo terrible. dont think to go in this company even in your dreams.
