It's just a European brand with no overall job satisfaction,skoda company didn't bother about employes ,dealership exploiting employes an even sometime the customers also,even Indian brand s are much better in term of job satisfaction

No job satisfaction , salary s were not given on time , even there is one or two offs in a month so it's mentally and physically harassment. Skoda Gurgaon dealership just want there maximum profit on the other hand they exploits employes and customers. Skoda company doesn't check on their dealership.

Likes

I had a great time at the Skoda showroom. After working there, I was able to tell the customers about the Kushaq and Slavia very well and was delivering the cars. This was boosting my confidence. I was convincing the customers well. The customers were happy with me and I was happy with the customers.

Dislikes

...showroom. I worked really hard and got the results. My cars were getting better. The only problem I was facing was that my salary was not increasing. That was the only thing I did not like about the job there.

I am working here since 2 years. Here I learn everything. This is my first job from here I learn How to support sales team. Delivery coordintion, Floor management & etc. My co-workers are excellent. Our management is very employee friendly.

Their is nothing to be good in Apunar Skoda. Apunar Skoda is having outlet in Dimapur,Diburgarh and in Guwhati.

Management is worst in Apunar Skoda. Their is a guy in top Management he will start Torturing you from Morning 9 am to till 6 pm. He will text u in the group in every half an hour and will ask you for the booking. This continues from 9am to 6 pm. If u failed or get late reply in the group, then he will start abusing u in the group.
