Sometimes, it feels that upper management is not interested in completion of projects. Few people with flattering abilities are enjoying well. None of your recommendations are accepted, niether your achievements are recognized. It's only for those people who are not getting job elsewhere. Also, when you a complete a project, this company will force you to resign after insulting you.
