The only thing keeping this shoddy company afloat was its team (at one point) Due to the terrible culture the entire team quit at around the same time

Dislikes

There’s always threats of business shutting down, client has no manners, there’s no off time- you’re expected to be ready for calls at ridiculous hours. Salaries are capped and not reviewed after a point and things are only taken seriously when you threaten to quit. Management is abusive and lacks professionalism. The leaves you are entitled to- they scare you and don’t let you take them even if you’re really sick They keep trying to give you hopes for exposure in terms of travels and attending job related events but none of that happened (I was there for a really long time before I got sick of their crap and quit) At one point a lot of team members were personally called to give out secrets me conversations leading to massive office politics.
