There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

Company work culture is like MNCs and very open to its employees. Skinnovation has a huge range of innovative & cutting-edge technologies. Furthermore, its aftersales services is unmatchable. Overall its a fantastic experience to work with such a great company.

I joined skinnovation as HR Manager and I am happy with my decision as the company culture is really good. Management has open door policy. You can have a direct conversation with them and they are always there to listen. Company policies are employee friendly and skinnovation always take efforts to make employee experience rich in terms of learning and opportunities to grow. There are employees working with the organization for last 10years. Your job is definitely secure if you do your work well. We celebrate all festivals, birthdays together with all skinnovation family. Attractive ambiance, helpful coworkers, supporting management, flexible working hours.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Importance given to health, safety, environment and this is required for long term sustainability. Generally, very low attrition rates and employees work for decades which is not common at least in India. 90% of Staff working since 7-8 years and I am work here since last 6 years and happy to wok in Skinnovation Pvt Ltd.
