Assign all heavy work to the working folks. Make them suffer and corner them. When they retaliate , tag them with remarks like attitude, hyper and encourage mediocrity. It has become a govt company. Managers behave like gods. Work culture got spoiled and nice talented people are leaving. No bonuses every year. They will include bonus , in your CTC . Don't fall for it. All name sake feedback procedures n they boast about their culture.

Higher managers and directors won't follow core values of the companies Performance Appraisals and bonuses are not given Management politics on technical resources are very high .

Its hire and fire attitude in Content Production. It's one of the worst Department in the entire company. It's a government office like attitude of the Department director, Please avoid this Department in the company.

the weekends when I'm not having to work or listen to the BS coming out of the top management team

Dislikes

no communication other than corporate jargon and meaningless platitudes. No real direction from the top team who don't seem to know what they are doing - it took them 18 months to realise classroom training is not the same as digital learning! Cost saving decisions that end up costing more, especially when they have to then reverse that poor decision 2 weeks later. Corporate culture is extremely isolating with little team cohesion and no real inclusion - I've not had a conversation (email or otherwise) with my direct line manager in nearly a year!

It’s totally a waste Company and they will remove from the job with in 2 minutes without any notice This is what skillsoft culture and HR won’t be responsive and will answer in inin comparative manner.
