Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Only one thing is good that they give 2 CL in a month

Dislikes

For first 3 months they will pay salary on 10 of every month but after that they start delaying the salary, 2-3 mahine ki salary rok lete hai, kbi time pr nhi dete hai salary or hamesa data data. Kar rhete hai...apke candidates ki joining ho rhi h wo matter nhi karta but ye apse humesa data par meeting karte rhete hai
