Pathetic company, no work life balance, worked for 5 months 1st 2 months they'll send you at time after that they'll make you work like donkeys till night 10-11 pm, 12 hrs of work culture, Managers will pass on religion comments and insultive behaviour. Abusive n toxic culture. Specially they'll target fresher's and ruin their 1st work experience. They won't even provide the relieving letter and fnf on time after resignation.

Company is shit, company is dropping down they say something else in training period but the floor is completely something else, fake trainers, fake people, fake hr, fake money, fake location, courses which are not at all useful and worst content of the courses No Job security, they will remove you anytime anyday People working there doesn't have any dreams in their life just focusing on shits no knowledge and education in TL, I don't know Chapri's are TL here Guyz in this building there is a small Xerox paper that says skillovilla other than that nothing shit is there

Everything Fake promise if you don’t have a sale in 15 days they throw you out and if u a consistent performer initially and then if u can’t sell they will cut 2 days of your sales every week that’s not nice I just hated working there one of the worst places to start your career with Even with the timings they said it’s from 10:30 - 7:30 but on an everyday basis they will not leave you before 9:30 and the colleagues behaviour is not nice at (only seniors) owners of the company never interact

Working here was an awful experience. Employees are treated terribly, with constant verbal abuse and mental harassment, all disguised as 'constructive feedback.' They pile multiple job roles on you, cut salaries without any notice, and make you feel like you should be grateful for not being fired. The worst part is they act like they're doing you a favor by keeping you on board, but in reality, they just want to cover up the shady practices that good employees eventually uncover. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
