Working on client site only because of that I have stayed this long.

despite being promised an increment in salary in my employment contract, I was never given the raise that I was entitled to. Despite raising the issue with my manager and HR, no action was taken and I was left feeling undervalued and unsupported. Communication during my notice period was nonexistent, leaving me feeling unsupported and undervalued. Would not recommend this company to anyone seeking fair treatment and communication."

...cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise. Lesson: Don’t trust recruiters or HR. Always ask for the salary you want upfront without bargaining.

They don't retain the employee once the project is ended. They lie just to get you on board at any cost. I was hired just for 2 months of project and then laid off. They lied to me and did not inform that its a 2 month project. They did not provide any compensation whatsoever. Only 15 Days of Notice before firing me. Never Join them on fake promises.

Salary on time . But main problem is any time they can terminate any one from the Project. they are not transparent during hiring .They did not inform you that a project is a short term where they are going to deploy you. So be care full before joining . I have suffered
