Salary on time.

Dislikes

They don't retain the employee once the project is ended. They lie just to get you on board at any cost. I was hired just for 2 months of project and then laid off. They lied to me and did not inform that its a 2 month project. They did not provide any compensation whatsoever. Only 15 Days of Notice before firing me. Never Join them on fake promises.

...5* are either new employees who are force to give 5* or people in manager level. If they get 100rs from client, they might pay 10rs to the employee.

1) Constant and Same Shift Allowances and Appraisal 2) Band and Appraisal not increased If It is reached Max level. 3) Notice Period is 3 months

...cycle. I ended up getting just a 5% raise. Lesson: Don’t trust recruiters or HR. Always ask for the salary you want upfront without bargaining.
